HOW DO YOU PREPARE.
Chicha:
1 cup of white rice (normal, the one of a lifetime)
1 cup of full milk
1 cup of condensed milk
1 cup of evaporated milk
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
5 tbsp sugar (more or less quantity if you want more or less sweet)
1 branch of Cinnamon
1 pinch of salt.
Wash the rice well and soak it overnight with two cups of water. The next day for the preparation, drain it and place it in a casserole with the cinnamon stick plus seven cups of water and cook for about 35 min. apróx
At medium heat, remove from heat and let cool, then line with sugar, milk, salt and vanilla.
Let cool in the refrigerator and serve with chopped ice, and sprinkle cinnamon at the time of serving if you feel like it, children like it with a splash of condensed milk on top when serving instead of cinnamon ..
COMO SE PREPARA.

1 taza de Arroz blanco(normal,el de toda la vida)
1 taza de leche completa
1 taza de Leche condensada
1 taza de leche evaporada
1/2 cdta de esencia de Vainilla
5 cdas de azúcar ( más o menos cantidad si la desea más o menos dulce)
1 rama de Canela
1 pizca de sal
Lave bien el arroz y colóquelo en remojo de un día para otro junto con dos tazas de Agua. Al día siguiente para la preparación, escúrralo y colóquelo en una cazuela con la rama de canela más siete tazas de agua y cocine durante unos 35 min. apróx.
A fuego medio, retire del fuego y deje que se enfríe, luego lícuelo con el azúcar, las leches, sal y vainilla.
Deje enfriar bien en la refrigeradora y sirva con Hielo picadito, y espolvoree canela al momento de servir si le apetece, a los niños les gusta con un chorrito de leche condensada por encima al momento de servir en vez de la canela..
