|FOTO YA LISTO| |PASO 1| Preparar postre lleva consigo dedicación, inspiración, detalles y amor, ¿Qué hacemos sin el amor?, me atrevo a decir que cosas sin un significado especial, que no dejarán un motivo especifico por el cual esa persona desee volver.
Para mi hacer Pie es arte,me encanta lo citrico, tengo mi propia receta. me inspiro cuando lo hago en el amor que me transmiten mis clientes, la paz y satisfacción que esto me genera al verlos elegir a mi emprendimiento por el sabor tan original, divino y adictivo que ocasionan mis postres en sus exquisitos paladares.
|LO DELICIOSO DE UN MERENGUE SUIZO|. |PASO 2| Lo principal que hago, es convertir la galleta en polvo, agregarle mantequilla derretida, hasta formar una masa homogénea que me permita colocarla en el refractario de mi preferencia para ingresarla al horno, mientras la magia sucede, hago la mezcla de Leche condensada,Zumo de Limón, o Jugo de Parchita, para luego junto con la galleta ingresar al horno, hasta llegar al punto que observan en la foto, preparar el delicioso Merengue Suizo para luego decorar y Gratinar.
|A COMER, CON LOS TOPPING DE TU PREFERENCIA| |PASO 3| Este para mi es el paso más perfecto, en el que solo debes colocar tu slice de pie en un plato, y disfrutar de cada cucharada, es decir, no solo comer, sino sentarte a disfrutar lo saladito de la galleta, con lo cítrico de la mezcla y lo dulce del merengue suizo. Digo esto, porque noto como muchas personas que hacen, o porque no, compran un postre, solo se le comen y ya, no analizan los sabores, la unión, y el porqué tu cuerpo te pidió ese gustico.

|TO EAT, WITH THE TOPPING OF YOUR PREFERENCE| |STEP 3| This for me is the most perfect step, in which you just have to place your slice standing on a plate, and enjoy of each spoonful, that is, not only eat, but sit down to enjoy the salty of the biscuit, with the citrus of the mixture and the sweetness of the Swiss meringue. I say this, because I notice how many people who do, or why not, buy a dessert, and only eat it, they do not analyze the flavors, the union, and why your body asked you for that taste.
