DENTRO DE LA AREPA SE INTRODUCE UNA REBANA DE MORTADELA. POSTERIORMENTE CUANDO YA ESTE TOSTADA SE SACA DEL ACEITE Y SE RELLENA CON QUESO, TOMATE, REPOLLO Y SALSA DE TOMATE Y MAYONEZA AL GUSTO. Y BUEN PROVECHO.
