Chocolate Fondant
1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup of cold water
1 Kg of nevazucar
1/2 Tz of cocoa without sugar
1/2 Tz glucose
1/4 Tz of vegan oil
1 g of glycerin (optional)

preparation:
Mix the gelatin and water, let it rest for 5 '', and then heat it to a water bath without letting it boil, until it becomes crystalline. Sink the nevazucar and the cocoa in a bowl, make a little hole in the center. Add the glucose, oil and glycerin to the gelatin mixture, dissolving it well, and add it to the nevazucar with a wooden spoon. Start mixing until all the ingredients are united. Pour on the table and knead with the remaining nevazucar until a soft dough forms that does not stick. Wrap in plastic wrap and let stand for 15 '' before using.
