🇪🇸Hola, este es mi primer post y quiero que sea acerca de algo que me apasiona mucho como lo es la mecánica de motos.
Hoy llego a mi taller esta moto, un Jog Yamaha Nextzone 50cc del año 1997 (Así es aún existen jajaja) con un problema particular, la canastilla o rodamiento que va en la biela se salió de su lugar, causando todo un caos dentro de ese pequeño cilindro. Por lo tanto opte por comenzar a desarmar y verificar qué partes del motor se podían salvar y cuales había que reemplazar.
El cilindro se rayó, por ende hay que rectificarlo, hay que hacer cambio de pistón y también de la biela (principal causante del daño), así que aprovechando que ya todo está desarmado haré un respectivo mantenimiento y limpieza por toda la zona.
Hoy fue el primer día pero Les iré mostrando el proceso de reparación en una serie de post.

Today this motorcycle arrived at my workshop, a Jog Yamaha Nextzone 50cc from the year 1997 (That's right, they still exist hahaha) with a particular problem, the basket or bearing that goes on the connecting rod came out of its place, causing all chaos within that small cylinder. Therefore, I decided to start disassembling and verifying which parts of the engine could be saved and which had to be replaced.
The cylinder was scratched, therefore it must be rectified, the piston must be changed and also the connecting rod (main cause of the damage), so taking advantage of the fact that everything is already disassembled, I will do a respective maintenance and cleaning throughout the area.
Today was the first day but I will show you the repair process in a series of posts.
