Ingredientes:
Un kilo de guayabas .
Dos taza de azúcar .
Una cucharada de sumo de limón.
Tres taza de agua.
Preparación:
Procedemos en picar la guayabas ponerla a cocinar con agua por unos 20 a 25 minutos .
Luego la colamos y guardamos el agua .
Se pasa la guaya por un colador para obtener la pulpa sin las semillas .
En una olla colocamos el azúcar el agua y aviamos guardado el zumo de limón cocinamos a fuego medio de 20 a 25 minutos hasta obtener una consistencia pastosa revolvemos para evitar que se nos queme la mérmela y listo una rica mérmela da para disfrutar en casa con unas ricas galletas .
