Y aquí le muestro parte de mi proceso para realizar esta rica y nutritiva bebida mejor conocida como carato de mango. Tenemos dos formas para su preparación por lo menos en este caso sancochamos los mangos enteros para luego raspar la pulpa y realizar el jugo de esta manera evitamos la presencia de la hilachas, y otros pelan los mangos y pican pedazos colocandolos a cocinar sin la pepa . Pero de la manera que lo preparemos queda rico. Olvidaba algo el toque de vainilla no debe faltar.
