SALSA CARBONARA VEGANA

150 g de seitán, 1/2 cebolla, 150 g de nata de soja o avena para cocinar, un poco de nuez moscada, aceite de oliva y sal. Pica la cebolla y póchala en una sartén con un poco de aceite. Corta el seitán en tiritas finas y pequeñas y añadir a la cebolla. Cocínalo a fuego lento unos 5 minutos, removiendo de vez en cuando. Agrega sal y nuez moscada, añade también progresivamente la nata de soja o avena, sin dejar de remover.
