Gomiboing

Para refrescarte si hace calor o para un antojito tenemos al gomiboing una invención dulce similar a los raspados, hechos a base de un jugo boing (adjunto una imagen de referencia ya que seguramente en tu país existe pero con nombre diferente), una combinación medio extraña pero que te encantará! En México siguen siendo la sensación como los dorilocos de los que alguna vez les hable (Aquí puedes ver el post), no duden en prepararlo en su casa :)

Qué necesitamos para preparar un gomiboing?

1 Boing de 250ml congelado
Chamoy
Miguelito (puede ser del tradicional o de sabor)
Gomitas de las que más te gusten
1 banderilla de tamarindo

Cómo prepararlo?

Lo primero que se tiene que hacer es sacar el contenido del boing y machacarlo hasta que quede tipo raspado (esto también puedes hacerlo en su mismo embasado, aplastando levemente diferentes partes del empaque para que el jugo congelado se vaya machacando).
Ya que esta bien machacado agregamos unas gomitas, seguido del miguelito al gusto y chamoy.
Si quieres puedes hacer esto más interesante y primero vaciar la mitad del jugo en un recipiente agregar las gomitas y miguelito luego la otra mitad del jugo y de nuevo gomitas y miguelito pero ahora con el chamory.
Finalmente se agrega la banderilla de tamarindo.
Delicia al instante!

Rápido y muy sencillo de hacer, un dulce refrescante y que tiene un sabor picante pero no tanto ;)
