Patel azteca
Un pastel que no es dulce pero muy mexicano y delicioso, hoy hablaremos sobre el famoso pastel azteca hecho a base de tortillas de maíz (en algunos casos leva tortillas de harina) que contiene chile poblano, carne de pollo, salsa (hecha con chile verde con tomates o jitomates, incluso puede ser mole) granos de elote, calabaza en trozos y rajas de chile poblano el cual no suele ser muy picoso, pero la mejor parte es que va cubierto con queso derretido y le da un sabor increíble, no es complicado de hacer pero es una de las delicias mexicanas que deberías de probar si vienes a México.
Las tortillas actúan como la división entre los ingredientes, es un pastel de consistencia suave y jugosa, un pastel sano y nutritivo e ideal para compartir con toda la familia.
Delicia mexicana 100% recomendables!
