Tasty and exotic Dessert. Soursop Mousse Recipe (Mousse De Guanabana En Salsa De Mango)

Tasty and exotic Dessert. This Soursop (Guanabana) Mousse is refreshing,easy to make and delicious. No need to use oven,and is perfect for a sunny summer day.

Ingredients
For Mousse:

  • 1 Big Soursop (Guanabana) or 2 medium.
  • 1/2 Cup of water. (1/4 of Cup for unflavored gelatin and 1/4 of cup to blend with the Soursop pulp).
  • 1 Tablespoon of unflavored gelatin. (1 Bag of 7 gr).
  • 4 Tablespoon of Mescal or Tequila.
  • 1 or 1/2 Cup of whipping cream.
  • 1 Tablespoon of sugar, or to taste.

For Mango sauce:

  • 3-4 Mangoes.
  • 1/4 Cup of sugar or to taste.
  • 2 tablespoon of lemon or lime juice.
  • The Lime or lemon zest.
  • 1 1/4 Cup of water.

Tips/Recommendations:

  • Always remember to wash and clean well the fruits and vegetables that you will use.
  • Remove all seeds from the Soursop pulp before blend.
  • I measure in cups how much Soursop pulp I use. I use 500ml or 2 Cups.
  • For 2 Cups of Guanabana pulp you can use 1 Cup of whipping cream as I use. It was very creamy. If your want to have a harder consistency, use only 1/2 of whipping cream.
  • If you don't want to use or don't have Mezcal or Tequila, You can skip this step.
  • You can prepare in individual molds or you can also present in glass or cup with mango sauce and you can add strawberries to decorate.

Atrevete y prueba un postre diferente y exotico. Este Mousse de Guanabana es fresco, facil de preparar y delicioso. Ademas no necesitas encender tu horno y es perfecto para un dia soleado y caluroso de verano.

Ingredientes
Para el mousse:

  • 1 Guanabana grande o 2 medianas.
  • 1/2 Taza de agua. (1/4 de Taza para la grenetina y 1/4 de Taza para licuar la pulpa de guanabana).
  • 1 Cucharada de grenetina. (Un sobre de 7 gr.)
  • 4 Cucharadas de Mezcal o Tequila.
  • 1 o 1/2 Taza de crema para batir.
  • 1 Cucharada de Azucar o al gusto.

Para la salsa de Mango:

  • 3-4 Mangos.
  • 1/4 de taza azucar o al gusto.
  • 2 Cucharas de jugo de limon.
  • 1 Limon (La ralladura).
  • 1 1/4 Taza de agua.

Tips/Recomendaciones.

  • Recuerda que debes lavar siempre las frutas o verduras que utilizaras.
  • Retira todas las semillas de la pulpa de guanabana antes de licuar.
  • Medi en tazas cuanta pulpa de guanabana utilice y fueron 500 ml. o 2 Tazas.
  • Para 2 tazas de pulpa puedes utilizar 1 taza de crema para batir como lo hice yo. Quedo bastante cremosito, si quieres que quede un poco mas firme, utiliza solo 1/2 Taza de crema para batir.
  • Si no quieres ańadir Mezcal o tequila, puedes omitir este paso.
  • Puedes preparar en moldes individuales de flan o puedes tambien presentarlo en una copa con salsa de mango y agregar unas fresas para decorar.
