Les contaré como llegue a Hive, pues bien, en estos tiempos donde la reciente pandemia cambio la forma de vida de muchas personas, estuve permanentemente pensando como reinventarme, ya que el aislamiento social me impedía trabajar de forma presencial.
Aunque la virtualidad, el mundo online y la tecnología están ligados a mi vida, mi trabajo lo desarrollaba de forma presencial, pues soy profesora universitaria en la Universidad de Oriente, llamada “La Casa más Alta”, ubicada en la ciudad de Cumaná estado Sucre Venezuela y con presencia en cinco estados de la región nororiental del país.
Curse mis estudios de pregrado en la Universidad de Oriente (UDO) y egrese como Licenciada en Informática. Posteriormente, tuve la oportunidad de iniciarme como docente en esa misma universidad, en la carrera de Gerencia de Recursos Humanos, trabajar con colegas del área administrativa y gerencial y conocer con amplitud los contenidos del pensum de la carrera en Recursos Humanos, me motivó a sentir pasión por esa área, por lo cual decidí realizar estudios de postgrado e inicie una Especialización en Ciencias Gerenciales Mención Recursos Humanos, continuando luego con una Maestría en Gerencia Empresarial en la Universidad Fermín Toro.
La docencia no bastaba para surfear el océano de “aguas tranquilas” llamado Venezuela, donde reinaba una aparente calma y un estado de bonanza que enceguecía a muchos, era la época de las vacas gordas. Muy poca gente se percataba que detrás de aquella maravillosa época, vendrían las vacas flacas, sólo aquellos que podían ver más allá, comprendían que generar una fuente de ingresos adicional para soportar el tiempo de las vacas flacas era imprescindible, por eso inicie mi proyecto independiente en el área de adiestramiento.
Mi actividad profesional salía del espacio del aula de la universidad y llegaba al sitio donde se ponían en práctica los conocimientos: a las empresas. Diversas experiencias y vivencias de aprendizaje, donde ganábamos todos, porque los participantes de un curso, o de una sesión de consultoría en una empresa, aprendían de mí y yo aprendía de ellos. Era la sinergia perfecta de ganar – ganar.
Aún no les he dicho como llegue a Hive, pues aquí voy, fue a través de una de mis estudiantes de Gerencia de Recursos Humanos de la UDO Ana María Fuentes @soyanafuentes, pues si, Ana y yo coincidimos en un evento para emprendedores en la ciudad de Cumaná, una vez terminado el evento, le digo ven acá vamos a sentarnos y explícame, en qué consiste eso en que estas trabajando. Ella muy amable y paciente con papel y lápiz en mano me empezó a hablar de Hive, en qué consistía, me explicaba sobre HBD, HP y yo le pregunte como decimos los venezolanos -aja y con qué se come eso-, ¿cómo convierto esa criptomoneda a dólares?.
Hive en EspañolAunque no quede muy convencida, empecé a indagar más sobre el tema, y @soyanafuentes siempre pendiente me invito a incorporarme a un grupo de Telegram llamado . Asistí a las primeras clases planificadas por Victoria Piedrahita @victoriabsb a finales del mes de octubre de 2022, pero las contingencias eléctricas ocurridas en la ciudad durante esa semana, me impidieron culminar. Pues bien, seguí -dándole vueltas al asunto-, por mi formación, el mundo Cripto, la Web3 y Blockchain no me era indiferente.
Pasaron los días y por fin llegaron las clases de nuevo, esta vez Hive desde Cero con Natalia Loreto @soy-laloreto ella nos invitó a través del grupo de Telegram, pues le cuento @soy-laloreto es excelente, me sentí identificada con ella desde el principio, ella siempre paciente y dispuesta a aclarar dudas, además estuvo acompañada de Elizabeth Pacheco @elizabeths14, Raicelys Gomez @gorayii, Victoria Piedrahita @victoriabsb, Kiriel Jauregui @jauregui98, Edgar Cedeño @jonsnow1983, apoyados por Guillermo Hernández @dimeilaz, grupo al cual felicito y le agradezco su tiempo y dedicación para enseñarnos sobre Hive.
Espero que este sea el primero de muchos posts y de una trayectoria en Hive, que me permita aprender y aportar desde mi experiencia.

Although virtuality, the online world and technology are linked to my life, my work was developed in person, because I am a university professor at the Universidad de Oriente, called "The Highest House", located in the city of Cumaná, Sucre state, Venezuela and with presence in five states of the northeastern region of the country.
I completed my undergraduate studies at the Universidad de Oriente (UDO) and graduated with a degree in Computer Science. Diverse experiences and learning experiences, where we all won, because the participants of a course, or of a consulting session in a company, learned from me and I learned from them. It was the perfect win-win synergy.
I still have not told you how I got to Hive, well here I go, it was through one of my students of Human Resources Management at the UDO Ana Maria Fuentes @soyanafuentes, well yes, Ana and I met at an event for entrepreneurs in the city of Cumana, once the event was over, I told her come here let's sit down and explain to me, what is it that you are working on.
