Comensales: 8-10 personas Tiempo de preparación: 30 minutos Tiempo de cocción: 30 minutos aproximadamente
Utensias: Bol, batidora, molde de horno.
70 huevos; 1/2 kilo de harina; 400 gramos de azúcar; 300 gramos de manbgtia; 30 gramos de polvo de hornear.
• Se precalienta el horno a 220 °C. • Se baten las yemas con el azúcar y la mantequilla. Después que esté bien batido todo, se agregan las claras batidas y la harina cernida con polvo de hornear; si quedara muy dura la masa se le agrega 1/2 vasito de leche. Se revuelve bien todo y se vacía al molde engrasado. • Se mete al horno a temperatura de 220 °C por espacio de media hora.
