I have never tried meditating as I am kind of a person who finds calmness in dynamic situation involving many people so I don't think it is something for me. I get quite restless if I have to sit calmly without doing anything. :D

I think the thing about meditation is that once you are aware of it, you need to hear the call to do it, otherwise, if you force yourself through, it won't help.
