Motivo de consulta: Fiebre mayor de 38.5 ºc.
Se trata de un recién nacido de 25 día de vida de sexo femenino, que madre refiere inicio de la enfermedad actual el día 08/06/18, se caracteriza por un aumento de temperatura por encima de 38ºc, ademas se acompaña de diarreas acuosas, sin moco ni sangre, con mas de 5 deposiciones liquidas al día. Alimentación: Madre niega poder darle leche materna, por sufrir una mastiti por lo que suplanta con Agua de arroz con leche completa. El Examen fisco revelo; Fontanela depresible al tacto, pliege cutaneo y rinorea. Al ser valorada por especialista del área se decide realizar paraclinicos para confirmar patología y realizar su ingreso al centro hospitalario. La impresion diagnostica nos habla de una sepsi de vía enteral. .
Paraclinicos:
Hematologia completa + VSG
Citoquico (Punción Lumbar)
R(x) Torax A/P
- Glicemia, Creatinica y Urea.
Los resultados del Citoquimico o puncion lumbar fueron:
Presión de salida: los valores normales son de 70 a 180 mm H20.
Aspecto: turbio.
Proteínas: 19 mg
Glucos: 80mg
Células: blancos 4 x campo.
Los para clínicos arrojaron los siguientes diagnosticos:
D(x) Sepsi de vía enteral.
D (x) 2 Lactancia materna suspendida
D(x) 3 Inmunizaciones incompletas.
Actualmente esta hermosa Bebe se encuentra en sala de cuidados intensivo. En resumen la afectación que posee la bebe es causado por una terrible alimentación. Mama tu bebe solo necesita leche materna exclusiva hasta los 6 meses.
