See what happens to the earth, in a figurative sense: the soil is virgin when for the first time one sows a crop then it grows strong without chemical.

If the rotation of different crops is used every year, the soil will give better crop because it will not wear out providing the same nutrients needed every year to the same plant, unless it is provided to the soil with natural, or chemical compound : Otherwise if tomato is planted in the same land every year, in time it will continue harvesting tomatoes, because the earth will continue to do its best, but each year the crops will be poor and weak and it is there where many times chemicals are added to the crops.

ROTATE crop in the case of orchards is a way to give a rest to the land.

Nature itself tells us that it needs its space, time and above all flexibility to change, to give good crops. Therefore, if you see the pictures the harvest looks great, very green, and over all healthy without chemicals. Next year where there were cucumbers and tomatoes, I would have perhaps broccoli or peppers 😘😍
