Way to go Jerry! Once you actually start feeling good BECAUSE of all the choices you have been making, you know your on the right track. My girlfriend and I have been changing the way we eat for over 8 months now and have been walking/jogging nearly everyday. I can't describe how much better I feel, everyday! I've been there too, with alcohol (dwi's), tobacco, drugs, junk food, etc. I'm never going back to my old ways, my (body and mind)'s health is way too important to ignore! Thanks for sharing!
