Welcome to this weeks update from the @spinvest-leo account. This wallet manages a small portion of the overall @spinvest fund, and sends HIVE back to @spinvest each week to contribute to the pool of funds for dividends. This wallet is managed by @jk6276. The main focus of this account is to generate yield to contribute to the weekly dividends for holders of SPI tokens. 50% of the income generated each week is sent to @spinvest to contribute to the weekly dividend. Currently, we are compounding all income earned, so transferring funds to @spinvest is not happening. The wallets funds are split between HIVE based assets, with SPS, BXT, LEO, and HIVE stakes, plus a position in the SIM/HIVE liquidity pool. The other half of this wallets funds are in the Cosmos eco-system, building an ATOM stake, alongside DYM and liquidity pools on Dymension.
Position changes this week:
Since the last update a couple of weeks ago, a couple of changes have been made to the Cosmos portion of this wallet. Incentives stopped for the DYM/stTIA liquidity pool we were in, and dropped significantly on the DYM/ATOM pool. I decided to close both positions, and consolidate a bit.
So, the ATOM pool I closed first, and moved the ATOM portion over to directly stake. We now have 42.9 ATOM staked, in cosmos17t6g05f8vm3q3v2ed4x6qcwuypv6aa6wxznpq4 and have set this up to auto-compound its staking returns. Nice and simple. On the downside, ATOM has dropped, and is now in danger of dropping out of the top 40 for the first time I can remember. The broader Cosmos eco-system overall is doing very poorly, and our wallet values reflect this.
Funds from the DYM portion, along with everything in the DYM/stTIA pool have been moved to the DYM/WBTC pool now, as it still has some decent incentives and is likely our best change to hold on to some value as DYM, ATOM and other Cosmos assets decline.
We should get over the coming week a small airdrop of a new token called MANDE, thanks to the DYM stake. After how disastrously badly $NIM has gone, I won't expect much and wont make the same mistake again of buying more early on.

Commentary:
Moving a portion of this wallets assets over to the Cosmos eco-system certainly has not worked out well so far. When I started moving funds over, this wallet was worth $6800, as can be seen in This post from the 16th March
Once I finished moving funds over, (30 March) this is how the wallet balances looked:
HIVE ecosystem portion: $2749 - 44.95%
COSMOS ecosystem portion $3367 - 55.05%
So, over the last 3 months, This HIVE wallet had declined from 2749 to 1651, and the Cosmos wallets dropped from 3367 to 1239. All of this is despite not pulling any funds out, and compounding all income.
Sorry.
For the HIVE wallet, SPS has been the worst performer by a long way. For the Cosmos wallets, buying NIM was a big mistake, and DYM is also down a lot, which has dropped the LP's also.
Totals and conclusion:
- Total asset value last week: $3130
- Total asset value this week: $2890
- Weekly gain/loss: down $240
Currently compounding 100%, so no funds sent to @spinvest for dividends.
Thanks for taking the time to read our weekly update. If you would like to learn more about @spinvest, and the $SPI token, check out the main account and review the weekly update post.
