Since I have been more mindful I truly notice the difference in your experience when you eliminate words like " I cant, I wont, If I, I think i can" change all of that to powerful vibrational words like: "Love, appreciate, thank, magnificent, abundance, yes, strong, confident, grateful, joy, happy, peace(ful), friend, create, beautiful, connected, grace, kind, compassion, good. "
Use Thought Power to Change Your Life: It is your subconscious mind that is the storehouse of your deep-seated beliefs and programmes. To change your circumstances and attract to yourself that which you choose, you must learn to programme and re-programme your subconscious mind.
How to reprogram you ask? Well one way is to write down the the experiences your looking to have and repeat repeat repeat.. twice a day morning & night. Unless you wanna take massive action and repeat as much as you can till its engraved in your minds eye of what you are choosing to create for yourself. Meditate on it focus on the blessings and act upon the positive thoughts that come to you. Reflect what it is you see on the inside
