Feeling overwhelmed with something or with life in general?
Meditate for 10 minutes. Just sit there and breathe. Focus on your breathe. Listen to sounds around you and feel the carpet or grass beneath you and slowly feel your legs or your arms or whatever. Get back to the basics of just being, breathing and feeling. Life isn't that complex or complicated. It's quite simple. Relax into it's simplicity.
Soon all these problems don't seem to really be problems. You'll feel you can handle anything and you'll become more and more calm and patient. That's been my experience anyway.
Meditate daily and you'll see results. You'll feel calmer and respond to people and situations way better. Stress is gonna go down and you'll start to enjoy life, including the simple things. You'll find that so many things actually are simple. ☺
