Sometimes there's nothing like time alone to just relax and clear your mind. It's healthy to not always need constant stimulation.
It's healthy to empty your mind for once, OR to allow yourself to actually just think your own thoughts while you can, because if you're someone like me, you pick up on so much around you constantly that sometimes you feel like you can't even think your own thoughts cause you're always taking in everything else around you excessively.
Zone out from time to time ~ it's okay to relax, chill and escape constant outside noise and stimulation 24/7.
It's okay to be a snob and hide away from time to time and allow yourself to rejuvenate and re-energize.
Remember, you have nothing to give to anyone else if you have nothing within yourself to even give in the first place.
You can't let yourself run empty. You gotta put some of these needs of yours first occasionally.
