Just because the dark clouds are present and the rain is pouring down in the moment, doesn't mean the rainbow and the sun are not waiting behind them to shine soon enough also.
When things are hard or you simply feel low, take that time to remember all the other hard times or emotion you've moved on from in the past. Nothing lasts forever and these things too shall pass.
Sometimes the rain needs to pour down though to make the green grass grow and once the sunshine comes out again, that growing grass will be obvious. Nothing is ever wasted.
