Each of us is born pure... Perfect... Filled with the golden light of the Divine. As we go through life, the stuff we go through, the traumas, the pain, the hard times, scar us. They build up, layer after layer, like grime and tar on our beautiful golden light. Unleash Your Light is all about overcoming these emotional obstacles; cleaning of all of the tar and yucky stuff that builds up on our beautiful light. There are simple things that we can do everyday that help us dig into our scars, dig into our pain and, like Windex, to help us overcome those emotions like guilt, shame, anger, depression, and self-loathing. When I had my Awakening, I got a download with some simple steps you can take to shift your perspective, dig into your emotions and Unleash Your Light. The steps are deceptively simple, but not easy.
1 You are not alone.
2 Be nice to yourself and others.
3 Forgive yourself and others.
4 Ignore your feelings.
5 Set your mind.
6 Have Faith
Each one of these simple steps will lead you on a journey within yourself, down a path towards Unconditional love of self. As you release the chains and burdens you carry, you will find yourself transforming and embracing the Divinity within.
