Hi! I've only started practicing this year, there's a long way to improve for me. Yes, there are many short forms that are suitable for beginners. It also varies from different systems. In Shaolin Qi Gong, you can practice Ba Duan Jin and later Yi Jin Jing. It takes about 15 minutes. In Wudang system there is Five Animals Qi Gong, each movement should be repeated slowly 3 times. Wudang Academy channel on YT has many helpful tutorials.
