I believe that our bodies obviously inhibit absolute free will. He says man is a machine, and indeed he is, but behind the machine is much more. Like all machines, they are limited in what they can do. Sometimes my will is to fly, but I know the machine, and thus know better than to jump out of a plane without a parachute.

But where did that will to fly come from but from a prior stimulus leading you to make said decision wishing to fly? Your will, too, is subject to cause and effect.
