The yin and the yang. The light and the darkness. Heaven and hell. Positives and negatives...One does not exist without the other. Duality is the very structure of the universe. It is the fundamental nature of nature. And we, as part of nature, are not separate from this truth. The structure of duality is within all of us. Light cannot exist without darkness. Just as your happiness cannot exist without sadness, your peace cannot exist without chaos, your strengths can't exist without weakness. Everything "bad" in this world is ultimately just an un awareness of all the light that is found in the dark. Of all the "good" that is found in the "bad."
