Bits of Wisdom - freedom

We feel real freedom only when we are truly connected to who we are, to our environment and to ourselves. 

And this comes again with a certain amount of work to be done on a daily basis. 

Here the simplest suggestion. 


In the morning when you first open your eyes. Take a few minutes to literally breath in the essence of who and what you are. Do not let the thoughts, the worries of your day take over. 

Do this simple step, before you take your phone in your hand. Before you check the news, before anything else. 

Hold the alignment, trust and allow yourself to be guided by synchronicity.
