Spiritual Morning

Welcome to the 1st Part of my SPIRITUAL MORNING SERIES!

Dear Steemians, I am very excited to announce that I start with the spiritual side of my Blog today.
But before we start ...
Please do me a favour and ask yourself these questions:

Do you want to:

• raise your happiness level?
• change the way you look at things?
• establish an attitude of gratitude?
• feel energised everyday (no matter which season)?
• feel better in your body?
• look forward to wake up and jump happily out of your bed?

If you answered just one time with YES, you should continue to read this blog!
Trust me guys, once you implement this ritual in your daily life, it will really change your attitude!
I can only talk about my own experience. I started almost 1 year ago after reading various books and watching different coachings and I can tell you that it truly affected my happiness level.
But before you start, you got to know that it will only work, if you commit yourself to do it every morning! It is the same as with everything in life. If you want to achieve great things, you got to put in energy, focus and patience. (That is also really true for my big dream of becoming a commercial pilot).

Ok, enough talk, let’s start now!
So what do you have to do?

  1. The first thing when you wake up, is to put on your sports outfit. I can’t stress this out enough! Don’t do the same mistake as so many other people to look first on your Phone to check if anyone wrote you e.g. on Whatsapp or for checking your E-Mails or even worse-> the news.

  2. Look for a nice area close to your apartment. I am lucky to live close to a big river in a beautiful neighbourhood. Sometimes I go to the beach area and sometimes I go to a nearby forest. It’s really beautiful! (Especially now during the summer, when everything is so green and the birds are singing!)

  3. Move your body. You can either go jogging or just walking or even dancing. Just don’t give a F*** about what other people could think about you! The more you move your body, the better! It is scientifically proven, that our bodies produce hormons, which make you happy. (I don’t go further into detail which hormons, because I want my blog to be practical and not to be scientifical. I am a practical guy)

  4. Be grateful! This point is the most important! Remind yourself about everything in life, what you can be grateful for! A lot people have problems with this step since they taking so many things for granted. (Especially in our modern society in the western world!)

Okay... if you have trouble to find something...Here are some points that you can be grateful for...

• YOUR HEALTH
Ask yourself:
Is my heart beating? Can I see things with my eyes? Can I listen to beautiful music with my ears?
Some people might now think that this is stupid but hey guys I tell you.... there are so many people out there, that would give everything to be as healthy as you!

• YOUR FAMILY
Do I have parents that love me? Do I have siblings? Do I have grandparents? Are they still alive?
Do I have Kids?
Some humans don’t know their family at all, they are all alone and still make it in life. Just remind yourself! Even, if your family might not support you always. At least you know your roots!

• YOUR FRIENDS
Do I have friends. Do I have people that are there for me in hard times?
Never underestimate the power of great friends!

• YOUR ACHIEVEMENTS
What did I achieve in my live?
Think about every success in your life. This can be working in your favourite job or that you had the guts to ask your spouse for a date or your weight loss.

Do this spiritual routine every morning from now on and it will definitely have a positive impact in your life! I hope you enjoyed this blog and now: COMMIT YOURSELF! Have fun and enjoy! There is more to come!
BE STRONG, BE SPIRITUAL, BE HAPPY!

Cheers, your SPIRITUAL PILOT
