I am a shareholder who bought in in the Seed round and I gotta say I was totally right to go with my gut and bet on this team. I ended up investing on accident bumped into Matt in discord bc I fd up and bought way more than I wanted to he reversed it we chatted for a minute. Then I was like well maybe there raising money I want to invest bc they will win I could tell by talking to them. All I did was look at a spread sheet it looked great and all the stuff and more has came out so Props to you guys love everything.
Also I may be interested in your guild, I played alot before took a bit of time off and I dont have my collection in this account but my combined stats for SPS are 240,000 between @bckc-capital-llc and this account. Also have 200,000 plus in collection power, combined a 600 or 800K in air drop points and 3 gold legendary cards as well as a lot of other cards a few plots of land and a bunch of odd tokens from the LPs have not looked into all yet.
Would I be a canditdate to join? I am about to start playing again and am either starting my own or looking to join and start my own project which has more of a investment purpose where members will be limited to 90 to start as I have a uniqe way to fund them all plus get 22500 in the treasury plus the money from each member which they will not need to pay for. How I plan on funding everyone is either meeting with them on zoom to do it or just tell them what to do depends on what they want but what a player needs to do is click on the bank account bonuses I will select easy ones where you just deposit 100 bucks for example and get 50 just did that a few minutes ago. There are hundreds of these and are repeatable I am on track my self for 100K plus this year bc I do it for 4 family members as well. Also ppl with families can get more by refering there spouse. Basically using the banks to fund everyone and the checking accounts and all that are opended by the player and I just guide themn if they need help or send them a list with the bonuses if they know what to do. Internally we can have a marketplace to trade these bonues with each other as there are literally hundreds to thousands that are that easy lol. Would get us basically a money printer for the guild and allow us to start at no costs out of pocket once the bonuses clear in 1-2 months usually. Some are instant. Can also do a credit card bonus by invoicing you or who ever has a credit card that needs to spend x dollars they can use that to spend the 500 hit there bonus and likely get the 500 back. I do those to and if you do not have chase or AMEX there is 5-6K in bonuses waiting if you have both business and personal. Creating a investment club for free with the Banks money by using there offers is I think a great way to get back all the fees and things they steel from us by manipulating stocks etc lol.
Would you or others be interested in doing a project like that where I can show everyone how to fund it then we can use it to make money as wel as fund new players by using a split model if we delegate the cards we get say 20% of the rewards and if they are very good and earn x TBD they get to become a profits only partner so they receive more compensation that they did. After the 90 no more people will be added to this unit class. Only capital that will be added after is a raise under reg A reg CF or a large investor. Once we get here we can start investing in many things like real property to tokenize. For example we could even tokenize parts of it like if people just want cash flow we have the cash flow token so they only receive the expected cash flow and gives us say 85 to 90% up front so it can all be earned back and still turn a profit off of that discount 85-90 for the stream as we can stake it or put it in LP to earn much more. I was going to create a outpost and club token which will be a partnership filing a US and NY tax return. Tax efficient transactions like distributing in kind so no taxable income and the carryover basis is used no tax paid until you sell.
Another part of it is I would love to do this idea and mix it in with the Club to test it then roll it out. I invested in a company Unbanked a few years ago and they offer white label cards which we should get a custom designed Club card for every member that s metal and has the logo plus a QR code to the clubs recerrral link and a qr code to the bank bonuses to fund the account etc. Also I want to get Jackets, shirts, socks and maybe custom jeans to wear with the logo on the pockets embroidered. Have pretty much everything that we can slap the clubs logo on for sale.
I would also like to get a Rochester team / meet up going as I can feel its about to take off again and I want to have all my promos out and guild formed.
