Introduction
In another attempt to help fundraise funds for my CARD-DAO and LAND-DAO initiatives, I'm going to try to host some raffles where a part of the proceeds will be split between both accounts in order to grow them further for new players.
If you are unfamiliar with these DAO accounts, please read my original posts that explain the purpose and goal behind each one!
First Raffle
For my very first raffle, I'm going to be hosting two Land plots! The plots selected are the following:
- PR-PNW-005-02-012 - Common Occupied Mountain with BiB & Unstable Totem Packages
- PR-PNW-005-07-021 - Common Natural Tundra with BiB Package
The winner will receive both Land plots. I'll offer to clear the plots free of charge if the winner chooses.

Entry Fee
For this raffle, there will be 22 total spots for $5 each.
If this raffle succeeds and sells out, I will take 5% of the proceeds and split evenly between the CARD-DAO and LAND-DAO account. Every raffle will share this same structure as again, the goal is to also help fund these two DAOs!
Payment can be made either via DEC, SPS, or fiat (Venmo/PayPal). If you choose fiat, you will need to reach out to me on Discord (@brybro) to receive payment details.
How To Enter
To enter this raffle, please comment on this post what spots/s you want to buy (#1-#22). The available spots will be kept up-to-date at the very bottom of this post. Spots will be given on a first-buy basis.
Once you comment which spot/s you want, I will request the payment to be sent. Please wait until I respond with payment details before sending anything. For DEC and SPS, the payment will be based on the current market price at the time of selecting your spot/s. I use the in-game market price for each token.
After I receive the payment, I will officially reserve your spot/s for the numbers selected.
How A Winner Is Choosen
Once all the spots have been bought and paid for, I will update this post with the time and day that the raffle winner will be decided. You will find this underneath all the spots (bottom of this post).
When the selected time comes, I will screen record my phone/computer and have a website open that states the current time. Once the time goes past the announced time, I will switch over to Wheel of Names where all the participants will be entered with their corresponding spots. In the recording, I will scroll through all the names to prove every name is included.
After spending enough time to visibly show all names, I will spin the Wheel one single time. The name selected from the Wheel will be the winner!
The screen recording will then be posted separately as an individual post where I will declare the winner! In this post, I will also announce what I'm thinking the next raffle will entail.
