Today, I want to reflect on something and get the community opinion! Maybe I can stop doing whatever it is that I'm doing to mess things up lol
If you have been following me for any time or reading any of my posts then you know, I have a knack for being unlucky... or maybe I am just dumb.
Today I will highlight what I mean by that... and hopefully you can help me more gooder!!
As many of you know, I came in at the tail end of Untamed... which means I am one of the people who spent AN ASS LOAD OF MONEY on Chaos Legion for the Airdrops... and there was a whole thing about that where the RNG was royally screwing me over - #SaltySaga
So, here we are... Riftwatchers and Rebellion later... Let's look at some of the promo cards from Chaos Legion and their prices... 😰
As you can see from this screenshot - Dr Blight had 20,566 Total BCX* Printed.
Currently there are 7,806 Cards in Circulation and 22 available for sale...
*BCX = Base Card X or Each individual card = 1 BCX, so 3 BCX = 3 Cards Combined.

What this means is, if you wanted to buy 1 copy of a Level 1 Dr Blight, the price is about $12...
If you wanted to buy a pre-combined copy for higher level play, you could buy a Max Level aka Level 4, with 11 Combined Cards... for $85.76 or $7.796/BCX
Dr Blight should be the rarest card and the hardest to get... not to mention one of the MOST USED cards... so it should have the highest value of all the Chaos Legion Airdrop Cards... at $12 & $7.796... Yikes.
Ahhh yes, Baakjira the Great Whaley Kraken of Magik Karp likeness... This big floppy meat shield is quite useful and used A LOT... So lets see what the values are...

Let's get the final Airdrop from Chaos Legion out here... the much anticipated Dragon Summoner... the cute, fluffy and VERY OFTEN PAIRED WITH THAT STUPID GRIMARDUMB SMITTY 😡😂😂😂😂

Interestingly, with similar Mint #'s to Dr Blight, the price is WAY less... and is not even the most expensive CL Card at the moment... for some reason, that's Immortalis at the time of this writing.
Why bring this up... Because many of us who came online with Chaos Legion on the Horizon came on at the end of the Bull in 2021... and boy oh boy did we dump DUMB money into CL and other cards like Kron/Valnamor/Yodin etc...
Since then... everything tanked... naturally. #BearMarketThings
But... as many pointed out... CL was way. Way. WAAAAAAAAAAY overprinted... and there just weren't... aren't enough players out there to soak up all the BCX... which means card values tanked and with that... there wasn't a lot of available cash for me to put into Riftwatchers or Rebellion Pre-Sales.
Not to mention being a little hesitant from getting burned by the Molten Lava that was/is the Airdrop Values for these "Super Duper Sought After Cards" from CL...🤡
So... did I buy Riftwatchers or Rebellion Packs in Bulk... Nope. I was tapped out from CL and BearMarketThings... So I bought what I could here and there...
But lets see what prices of some of those Promo/Airdrop cards are worth...

Definitely a higher Single BCX price than Dr Blight but even with HALF of Mint by comparison... Dr Blight has the edge on Multi/Max BCX cards...

Still pretty meh for Airdrop $'s... Compared to investment $$$...
I picked the angry tree because it is the RW Airdrop card with the LOWEST Value...

C. Value: High Bid... $2.50 and 1BCX... $3.922 compared with Baakjira's $1.06 High Bid and $1.30 Low BCX...
Still not super excited about these Airdrop Prices but the LOWEST Riftwatcher Airdrop is almost as much as the HIGHEST CL Airdrop - Lily Shieldpaw with her $2.747 Bid/$3.29 1BCX...
Oof... That hurts my soul a bit... but hey... let's see what the HIGHEST RW Airdrop Card is going for...
