Today's Land Update and Market Report is brought to you by my old friend...
I have some good news and bad news - the good news is I have a vacation coming up!
The bad news is... I am burnt tf out. I am exhausted and yet work seems to be piling up and never ending.
I have four more days until my vacation and I have been so busy over the past two week I have barely had time to write anything!
Tonight however, I woke up and couldn't get back to sleep... so I thought this would be the perfect time to write a Land Update!
So let's get to it!! Up and at'em!! Put the YEE to the HAW lads!!!
Before we begin, we must figure out where we were... so let's look back at the last Land Update and get our bearing!

Holy crap... it's been like a MONTH!! Not much has happened in the Lan World because... well... with the Auction House going live for Whoreloise the Damned sucking DEC like it's their job... wait... I mean Heloise!! What was I saying?!?
I mean... she's super powerful but they are going for like 1,300,000 DEC each... granted, they are max level... but still - Heloise is in the Redlight... I mean SPOTLIGHT... and thus Land is somewhat stagnant...
Here's the image from last time and it looks like we were at Region 143, Tract 01: Plot 007
Even though not much has happened, we should go check it out!! Onward!! To Dryae Tor!!
As we set out from where we left off, Plot 7, we soon come upon the recently Claimed & Surveyed...
Plot 8 and it's a Common Natural Jungle owned by @holyspatulaboy - congrats on the Jungle sir!
Plot 9 is @cebulion with Common Natty Forest and they're working on building a small Shard Mine - good luck with the construction, keep OSHA happy!
Plot 10 is another Cebulion Plot and yes, it's another Common Natty Forest. Any more of these and I might think they're a tree hugger!
Plot 11 is a fancy Forest... and by that I mean @cherrynator89 has found a Rare Natural Forest! It looks like they're busy building a Grain Farm so we'll continue on!
Plot 12 is Cebulion coming back for more! They found a tingly one this time!! It's a Forest... but it's a Common Magic [Fire] Forest! Wait...
Plot 13 is more Cebulion land and this one is... damn hippie... another C Natty Forest... #TreeHugger lol
Plot 14 is @indigoth coming in for a Rare Natty Forest... dang... Cebulion keeps missing the Rare ones... that's my luck right there!!
Plot 15 is a Common Natural Plains that is owned by @learnersmind (which is a REALLY hard name to read in that size/font lol)
Plot 16 is indigoth again with a C N Plains!
Plot 17 is tingly! Indigoth claimed another one and they found a Common Magic [Life] Plains! Nice work indigoth!
Plot 18 is BACK TO BACK!!! Indigoth is hogging all the luck here!! Common Magic [Earth] Forest ftw!
Plot 19 finds us on @chanos property - a Common Natty Forest with a Shard Mine up and running!
Plot 20 is indigoth again with a C N Forest - lots of wood in this Tract lol
Plot 21 is... Unsurveyed by @lodaddy1969 - interesting!
Plot 22 is indigoth with another Common Natural Plains! Sweet, sweet farmland!
Plot 23 is also indigoth with a Common Natty Bog... which, interestingly enough, is ALSO sweet, sweet farmland... somehow.
Plot 24 is HOLY MOLY YIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIKES!!!! Indigoth!! PUT UP A DAMN FENCE!!
Nice find on the Rare Occupied Jungle!! It's like Avatar up in this bitch though!!!
Plot 25 is more indigoth and this one is a Common Natty Forest... bleh... still having flashbacks from those critters!
Plot 26 is @nateaguila himself!! He Claimed and Surveyed a Common Natty Plains - great farmland to support your growing acreage!
Plot 27 is lol... @tidepodoreos with a nice Common Natty Plains! That name though lmaoooo
Plot 28 is @agent-hq with a Common Magic [Life] Plains - this one is on the market for $60... seems a bit steep but with the Bull Market percolating... WHO KNOWS?!?!
Plot 29 is another C N Plains but this one is owned by @pablocss - nothing being built yet but probably farmland soon!
Plot 30 is @shakeyp with a Common Natty Plains!
Plot 31 is back to the woods with shakeyp snagging a Common Natty Forest!
Plot 32 is more of the same - shakeyp with a C N Forest!
Plot 33 is again - shakeyp but with a fancier Rare N Forest 😄
Plot 34 is the fertile marshy goodness of a Rare Natural Bog and yes... also shakeyp property!
Plot 35 rolls into Common Natural Hills - shakeyp portfolio!
Plot 36 finds us back in the woods but still in shakeyp's domain - C N Forest!
Plot 37 is a creek... errr Common Natural River owned by... you guessed it shakeyp!
Plot 38 is back to the C N Plains and how far does shakeyp's property extend???
Plot 39 is rolling into C N Hills and the borders of their land have not been found yet!
Plot 40 is back to the C N Plains with no end in sight of shakeyp's land!
Plot 41 is more of the same!
Plot 42 finds us back in the C N Forest and shakeyp's reach continues!
Plot 43 is another C N Forest but the markings are different! We have traversed back into indigoths territory!
Plot 44 is a Common Natural Jungle and still indigoth!
Plot 45 is slightly easier to navigate as we have exited the Jungle and back into a C N Forest - more indigoth portfolio
Plot 46 drops us back into farmland with a nice C N Plains under indigoth supervision
Plot 47 is an extension of 46 - C N Plains and same ownership
Plot 48 is tingly... indigoth has been SUPER LUCKY this Tract!! They've bagged a Rare Occupied and this is like the third Common Magic [Life] Plains!! Nice work!!
Plot 49 is a refreshing dip into a C N River and this one is owned by @oaaguy
Plot 50 is a classier farm - Rare Natural Plains owned by oaaguy! Nice find!
Plot 51 is @thetah with a Common Natty Plains!
Plot 52 is exactly the same as Plot 51
Plot 53 is thetah's first Common Natty Forest for this Tract
Plot 54 is more of Plot 53 lol
Plot 55 is a Common Natty Plains owned by @brodo-swaggins and that'll be a Grain Farm for sure.
Plot 56 is... oh hey, that's mine! I claimed and surveyed a Common Natty Plains and I'm not sure what I'll do with it at the moment.
Plot 57 is an Epic Badlands that I have listed for sale! It's CHEAP so go and buy it for $60!!
Plot 58 is shakeyp back for more!! Rare Natty Plains - nice find there!
Plot 59 shakeyp again with fertile farmland for... frolicking? C N Plains is this one.
Plot 60 is just like 59 lol
Plot 61 continues the streak of shakeyp C N Plains!
Plot 62 is a nice one! Shakeyp found a Common Magic [Fire] Plains!!
Plot 63 is a newcomer - @bengiles pulled a Common Natural Hills! Welcome!
Plot 64 is bengiles snagging a Rare Natty Hills - sweet!!
Plot 65 is me again with a lowly Common Natty Hills... I'm not cool like bengiles :(
Plot 66 is also me and it's a Common Natty Swamp... I've listed both of those for sale for the floor price... so go snatch them up!
Plot 67 is our final Plot today and that's also me - and also a C N Swamp... not sure about this one, might keep it lol

what is happening at soulkeep again? this time don't let it run
This time the game is fair to everyone - two players as before have spent a TON of DEC and Time but are only slightly ahead.
The only reason is I am choosing not to pay 10k+ DEC per run towards the final runs but I (and others) are not far behind them lol
It won't happen again like last time 😄
Second thought for today - I am going to write a Soulkeep post next time...
Depending on my work schedule it will be sometime between tomorrow and Sunday lol
