In this series, I analyze the top battles of the day to reveal which summoners and monsters are most successful for a given league and format. What better way to improve our Splinterlands skills than to study what the best players are doing?
For those of us who buy, rent, or rent out cards, I'm also hoping that this series can inform us of which cards to acquire for maximum effectivenes.

Interesting that you mentioned one of my battles with Tarsa, but that ruleset had Blast and I won the game because of Repair and Reflection Shield. Jacek is really annoying to play against, but not impossible to beat when it comes to Fire. Yodin is extremely annoying, but I can't get myself to rent. Rather buy more Energy and take my chances on a few more battles.
Thanks for putting on a great battle! That was a good move, playing Venator Kinjo in 2nd slot for Blast ruleset. And haha yes I have definitely been annoyed playing against Yodin. Like you I can’t bring myself to rent, but there are ways to counter him if you know it’s coming!
