Shadow Snitches are created by the conjurers of the Chaos Legion. Weaving Death magic, they breathe life into beings made completely of darkness. The purpose of the Shadow Snitches is to be deployed into lands prior to the Chaos Legion's invasion. Moving from shadow to shadow, they are listeners and watchers, feeding information back to the Chaos Legion.
But once the invasion is complete, the Shadow Snitches still serve a purpose. They can locate and follow high-value targets, reporting back on movements to Chaos Legion leadership. If needed, Shadow Snitches can also capture prisoners and bring them back for interrogation.

LET START TO THE BATTLE
I did 5 times battle with Shadow Snitch in some situations.
LETS GO TO MY PREPARATION - STATEGIES AND LINE UP
BATTLE #1
From the picture, we got some data :
- The last 4 battle of my opponent : Life Element
- Ruleset : Taking Side (Neutral Monsters may not be used in battles)
- Mana Cap : 40
- Allowable Elements : Water-Life-Death-Dragon
MY STRATEGY
I think my opponent will use Shield Bearer in the first line and always use Pelacor Arbalesh in backline. So I choose monsters with more range damage to kill the first line, So I can kill Shield Bearer first.

Note : Resurrect - When a friendly Monster dies it is brought back to life with 1 Health. This ability can only trigger once per battle.
Repair - Restores some armor to the friendly Monster whose armor has taken the most damage.
BATTLE #2
From the picture, we got some data :
- The last 5 battle of my opponent : Earth-Life-Life-Life-Death
- Ruleset : Little League (Only Monsters & Summoners that cost 4 Mana or less may be used in battles.)
- Mana Cap : 13
- Allowable Elements : All Elements
MY STRATEGY
It is simmilar like last opponent, life elements more used in his last 5 battle, then earth and death. But Because of manacap is only 13, so I thought, I will win with death. Because monster's in death element tend to have more HP then another on low manacap.

Those time, I was WIN, because my opponent had a low HP even had additional armor from Truthspeaker. So combo from Animated Corpse and Shadow Snitch was very effective. In those battle, Shadow Snitch more useful, because had more HP. So when Stitch Leech sneaked him, it was
so easy to resist.
BATTLE #3
From the picture, we got some data :
- The last 5 battle of my opponent : Fire-Earth-Earth-Fire-Life
- Ruleset : Upclose & Personal (Only Monsters with Melee attack may be used in battles.)
- Mana Cap : 17
- Allowable Elements : All Elements, Except Fire
MY STRATEGY
Actually, if fire allowable, I thought my opponent will use that element. Because of ruleset and manacap, both are supporting for playing with fire.
Very little chance my opponent will use earth element, because of manacap is low. So I think my opponent will use life. I will put monster with sneak ability in the backline to counter Pelacor Arbalest. And of course I will use Cursed Windeku and Shadow Snitch to kill frontline monster.

My Strategy was work, almost perfect. The opponent turn out not used Pelacor Arbalest, but used Stitch Leech to kill my backline. But Failed. Before Stitch Leech kill Uraeus, it was killed by Shadow Snitch first, and those happen in last round, round 3. It means I win.
BATTLE #4
From the picture, we got some data :
- The last 5 battle of my opponent : Water-Earth-Water-Dragon-Earth
- Ruleset : Weak Magic (Magic attacks hit Armor before reducing Health.) and Stampede (The Trample ability can trigger multiple times per attack if the trampled Monster is killed.)
- Mana Cap : 46
- Allowable Elements : Fire-Water-Life-Death
MY STRATEGY
For this battle, I didn't have any idea and strategy. Because everything is possible in high manacap. So I still decided choose death for use Shadow Snitch, because it is a challenge. 😁

I lose in 3 rounds. My frontline, Curse Windeku weaker than Shiledbearer when hits by range attacks. So Curse Windeku useless, also Shadow Snitch and the other backline. Truthspeaker so helpful for my opponent.
BATTLE #5
From the picture, we got some data :
- The last 4 battle of my opponent : Earth-Death-Death-Water
- Ruleset : Unprotected (Monsters do not have any armor and do not get armor from Abilities or Summoner Buffs.)
- Mana Cap : 27
- Allowable Elements : Water and Death
MY STRATEGY
Because the ruleset is unprotected and allowable elements is water and death, I thought my opponent wouldn't choose water, because very harmful us. So I thought we will use the same element, death. But the question is which summoner will he choose? I still choose Thaddius Brood, because mine is level 4. So I thought still strong even my opponent choose Contessa Lament. And I will put more range attack to counter opponent's Cursed Windeku. Of course I will put Shadow Snitch to help kill front line first, I didn't put sneaker monsters, because I thought most likely my opponent will use Contessa lament. Let's see.

My opponent, it turns out didn't pick Contessa Lament, but we were same, put Thaddius Brood on the deck. I Win in 3 rounds. In this time, Shadow Snitch was very effective. Because it helped Curse Windeku to kill My Opponent's frontline. So I can win easier.
SUMMARY
BATTLE
BATTLE | MANACAP | STATUS |
---|---|---|
#1 | 40 | LOSE |
#2 | 13 | WIN |
#3 | 17 | WIN |
#4 | 46 | LOSE |
#5 | 27 | WIN |
TOTAL | 3 WIN - 2 LOSE |
For high manacap, I thought it's very risky to pick Shadow Snitch, because we need many varians of attack to counter our opponents. So Shadow Snitch used only when we could make sure our opponents will pick weaker front line. And for me this is my first time to use this card, because I think not effective enough for death. Better we use another kind of card like range or magic attack in death element. So, Shadow Snitch isn't useful enough for me. Okay, that's all my opinion and my experience battles with Shadow Snitch.
