They are Steem Engine rewards tokens that you can call based on how many of the tokens you hold.

For !BEER it's .1 for every six you hold, minimum of 12.

For !DERANGED it's 1 for every five, minimum of five I think.

For trendotoken you need to stake minimum of 1,000 and the amount is based on your stake...you can call it 10 times per day.
