General Notes
As a neutral card, this monster has built in versatility. It comes with a decent allocation of health, but low speed. After level 4 is reached, the tank heal ability is unlocked, which is scarce in some splinters and makes this card critical for adding healing to a variety of teams. It's magic attack type is also a great asset allowing attacks to bypass armor and have a high hit rate. With 5 mana casting cost, this monster can fit most team builds.
Add Swiftness monsters or summoners that increase speed to boost the speed of this monster when available and if desired.

Tactics & Strategies
The following are pulled from my Summoner's Summations series where I dive into clear tactics and strategies that many players miss and thus lose out on key opportunities to secure unique advantages.
Double up your healers in high stakes battle
When building a team that you want to last, you may want to add more than one healer to the mix. Using neutral healers is a good way to add a healer that is usable in many teams.

Lore
Most of the Totisians (turtle people) live in Azmaré, but there are many wandering clans looking for new homes throughout the Splinterlands as well. Each of these groups is led by a Chief who wears a silver crown and carries a large scepter. Tortisian Chiefs hold their power by their skills in combat; they must stand up to frequent challengers from within the tribe.
