At this point it really is an investing game more than a game, you play for fun and that is a pity, because I really love the idea and the gameplay. But it is, what it is. We have to adapt and "not be salty" to cite one of the founders, I guess. I'll continue to play and invest heavily over time, because this is an addictive game, but I do that conscious of the fact, I will be in the minority of new-ish players and in the bear market many new players will hop off this train as well. We are in the bull-bubble, that is what people forget.

I couldn't agree with you more! I've been dumping money into cards with a very high rental ROI and plan to keep doing that for a while. With the spike in rental prices around the end of seasons, I'm getting over 15% monthly returns.
