I started playing splinterlands about a week ago

Today i started playing splinterlands about a week ago, liking the game so far. I purchased 28 cards:

ANT MINERS
VENARI HEATSMITH
TENYII STRIKER
HARDY STONEFISH
FLYING SQUID
VENARI WAVESMITH
MERDAALI GUARDIAN
DIEMONSHARK
PELACOR MERCENARY
VENARI KNIFER
GOBLIN PSYCHIC
VENARI SEEDSMITH
MYCELIC SLIPSPAWN
REGAL PERYTON
BABY UNICORN
PELACOR CONJURER
GARGOYA SCRAPPER
STITCH LEECH
PELACOR ARBALEST
CRYPT BEETLE
VENARI BONESMITH
SOUL STRANGLER
CURSED WINDEKU
INSIDIOUS WARLOCK
WEIRDING WARRIOR
DJINN CHWALA
FURIOUS CHICKEN

That brought my power up to 1005. Except for the chicken and the unicorn i tried to pick up cheap cards with the strategy of accumulating cards for the longer term. The list even includes some bad cards knowing the splinterlands developers will balance things out later on and probably nerf cards.

This platform will be a great way for myself to track progress and i hope that it will be a way for readers to learn.
I staked a bit and will be on the lookout for a few more good cards to snatch and then in januari i'll try to get my hands on some packs.

See you

You can choose the information you want to share. This will help other Hivers get to know you and feel comfortable supporting your work here.

The best thing to do is to post in the right community, there are a lot of communities you can explore and subscribe to the ones you like. Check out the OCD Community Incubation Program. There is a wide variety of topics, you are sure to find the right communities for your content.

Keep in mind that Hive is a bit different from other social media platforms, as you are monetizing your blog, so it's important not to include content you don't own without sources (and it should not exceed 50% of the post). You can also check out this excellent collection of resources to understand how plagiarism and abuse is handled on the platform.
