New Neutral Card Theme

With Lux Vega leaving the modern soon, we need another neutral card worthy of the Auction House!
It's something more Vegas-themed than Lux Vega.
This could also be the @yabapmatt card that we all want.
With the thrill of gambling at its core!

I couldn't edit the Akane photo, preferabaly it should be a neutral summoner.

You might ask what's up with the "?"?
That's the thing, the abilities of the card are randomly generated during the tactics stage of every game, which means that until then what abilities you get is a complete mystery.
And based on the power points of the abilities the number of monsters to receive the abilities will be decided.

WHAT IS POWER POINTS?
It is a rule I just made up to grade an ability based on how good it is
I classified it into 3 categories:

Broken Abilities (each 3 points): Heal, Last Stand, Mimic, Resurrect, Blast etc.

Good abilities (each 2 points): Void, Ambush, True Strike, Fly, Dodge etc.

Decent Abilities (each 1 point): Corrosion, Divine Shield, Shatter, Affliction, Oppression etc.

Now with the sum of the points of the randomly generated 2 abilities the number of monsters that can receive the abilities can be decided, following a rule that is if the sum is:
6 : 1 monster
5 or 4: 2 monsters
3 or 2: 3 monsters

For example, if the abilities generated randomly are Heal and Last Stand, then the total is 3+3=6 so only 1 monster will receive this buff.

On the other hand, if the random abilities are Ambush and Shatter, then the total is 2+1=3 so 3 monsters can receive these abilities.

Ofcourse the actual numbers will be decided by the splinterlands team.
