Super Sneak is a fun and challenging rule set that makes melee attacks change the target to the back instead of the front. It forces players to think carefully about positioning forcing them to defend both sides of their lineup. The positive thing is that if your opponent can do it, so can you. Protecting your backline is key while keeping your units safe from the expected multiple points of attacks.
This Week's Theme is…
All Melee attack Units have the Sneak ability.
Super Sneak encourages using melee units and aggressive melee plays which can mess with the standard front to back strategies where you have one or two tanks at the front, supported by units with Tank Heal then damage dealers at the back. It's fun but requires balancing defense and offense to make sure you don't leave your own backline too exposed.

Lineup and Strategy
Because of the ruleset Super Sneak, I used Iziar, a unit with Taunt ability, to redirect all the attacks to her. Taunt can redirect all attacks like Sneak, Opportunity, Snipe, etc. This means that while the rest of my team stays safe, Iziar takes the brunt of the damage. This wasn't a problem due to Djinn Renova's Triage and the gift from Avina of the Wolf's Heal ability. With her high health and Void to reduce magic damage she’s perfect for absorbing hits while the rest of the team focuses on dealing damage and healing. When she eventually falls her Martyr ability boosts nearby allies stats giving them an extra edge in the fight.
Why pick this summoner: Avina of the Wolf is a really good summoner when partnered with Taunt units. This gives them Heal ability which makes them last longer in battle. Another main point of using this summoner is it complements Iziar's high 15 health allowing her to be healed by 5 every round.
|| Restores a third of the max health to this Unit's health each round.
|| Reduced damage from Magic attacks by 50%.
|| When hit with a Magic damage, does half the Magic damage (rounded up) back to the attacker.
Why pick this unit: Xenith Monk has a weak 2 melee damage but high survivability with both Void and Heal. It offers great sustainability in battles especially when magic attackers are involved. Even if it isn't, since Iziar will be taking most of the damage, with its 8 health and decent speed of 4 Xenith Monk can last long in fights with his trusty Heal ability.
|| All friendly Units have their Health increased by 1.
|| Heals the friendly back-line Unit that has taken the most damage by a third of max Health.
Why pick this unit: Djinn Renova brings a strong 4 damage magic attack and the Triage ability which is fantastic for healing backline units, like Iziar, under pressure in a Super Sneak battle. The additional Strengthen ability can give nearby allies an extra health boost adding to the already high amount of Heal this team gets. With 7 health and average speed of 3, it’s a solid support option. Its utility makes it shine when combined with Taunt units from the back, especially with its decent mana cost.
|| All enemy Units target this Unit (if they are able to).
|| Reduced damage from Magic attacks by 50%.
|| When this Unit dies, adjacent Units get +1 to all stats.
Why pick this unit: Iziar is the ultimate backline tank for Life element due to its 15 health and the Taunt ability. She's good at absorbing all attacks while also having Void ability to reduce magic damage. Even in death, she is still the hero. The Martyr ability allows her to empower nearby units when she dies making she a strategic piece for buffing allies. The one huge downside is that its 11 mana cost limits how easily she can be slotted into most teams making her a luxurious tank for high mana battles.
Summary
With the Super Sneak rule set, all melee units attack the backline so keeping units like Iziar limits the opponent's targetting allowing you to focus on more important things like what other units will complement your team. Her high health and Void makes her very durable but when combined with Avina of the Wolf's Heal and Djinn Renova's Triage, this unit becomes a very outstanding durable tank. This makes my team high in quality despite losing against opponent's number of units.
