Splinterlands: What happen when your opponent has Quora and you not

My recently played battle in the actual running brawl show what happen when your opponent has Quora and you not:

Sad that the game depend in some rulesets from keycards like Quora.
As this is a goldfoil-fray it decide the luck if you got her or not, but especially about Quora often also decide the home Arena, cause you play at home can use Quora and ban it for the guests - If this is really friendly ?

I imagine if my guest want drink a beer and I take a bottle of beer and a bottle of water out of the freezer and tell him that the beer is only for me - he can drink water !
