Keeping in mind that people only collect things they love - I think you need the Collectors to be part of group A or B first... only then can you harvest their Collector abilities!

which comes first is debatable (ie chicken or the egg), but I do agree that if you want passionate collectors, then give them an experience they love and you will find a diehard collectible mindset!
