With more and more rule sets with high mana we get more chance to see those powerful big guy battles. And Dragon Splinter fits well with it as it has a lot of powerful cards with high mana.

both me and my opponent use a Dragon summoner. With the 99 mana rule set it is the best time to put on battle those high mana cards and see their power rule the arena.
Magic cards is still one of the most powerful cards due to the magic going through the armour that is why having the void armour is a wonderful ability to get for your tank.
Dragon got the 2 cards who got the void armour and a big chunk of armour to protect its life. But lots of cards now provides high damages as well so you need another help. Thanks to the new summoner from the Riftwatcher collection - Sthispa - which provides the Phase ability wherein magic attacks get the chance to miss.
With the added speed from the swiftness provided by Countess Sinash to my tank Agor Longtail who already got the flying ability that made my opponents cards missed a lot of attacks. Keeping my team barely damaged on the first round.
Resurrect is one ability that now many uses as there are only few cards who got the ability. But is very useful for those with void armour card coz even though the card resurrected only got one health it will get back the full armour when it comes back.
Good thing I got Lone Boatman that got the shatter ability in which target's armor is destroyed when hit by an attack. So it only took 1 shot to remove the 8 armour of their Robo-Dragon Knight saving me attacks from my other cards and send the damage to his other cards
So by the time they were able to kill my tank, my team has almost had theirs wiped out giving me the victory loosing only one card from my team.
Having more abilities for the cards as they leveled up makes the game more exciting and challenging. Strategizing more on how to make use of those abilities that will either support or strengthen your team or weaken the enemy's team makes the game more exciting and mind blowing.
As of now I am playing mostly on Gold league but not yet with the max level cards. As the cost to rents cant be sustained with the rewards we are getting every battle, as much I would love to level up and play in the higher level it seems that it is not possible to happen soon.
But I am looking forward to be able to step up and play in the higher league!
