Splinterland's : Experimenting with Dragon Line up.

This week Splinterland's Battle challenge theme is of Dragon monster and I have really a favorite line up that I have already mentioned in my Previous battle challenge of Spineback turtle which include Daria Dragonscale in little league ruleset and that team completely dominated the opponent and sent packing all opponent monster in Round 2.

In this time, I decided to experiment a little and use Delwyn Dragonscale as a Summoner which give +1 to the magic attack to the team.

If you see the above battle ruleset, it make perfect sense to use Delwyn as it will give +1 magic attack and it will be great in "Target practice" ruleset and since melee monster not allowed so using Daria is not a good option.

My team in order Delwyn Dragoncale(Summoner), Serpentine Mystic, Lord Arianthus, Ruler of the Sea, Black Dragon, Water Elemental and Furious Chicken.

Opponent team in order: Kelya Frendul(Summoner), Djinn Oshannus , Venari Wavesmith, Igor Darkspear, Axemaster, Kulu Swimhunter and Furious chicken.

Rationale behind the team

Since in every battle , I put a melee monster in front but in this game ruleset prohibited it. But still no worry, I use to put Lord Arianthus at first position whenever melee monster not allowed.
But I also put put Lord Arianthus at second position in "target practice" ruleset and I thought keeping Lord Arianthus in second position is must and here my experiment for first position started.
3 mana Serpentine Mystic with 1 magic attack ( 2 with help of Delwyn Dragonscale). It has 5 health that I think good for 3 mana monster. Black Dragon , another Dragon monster has "leech" ability. Ruler of Seas, though not a dragon monster but it is my star card for attacking in "Target Practice" /Snipe ruleset due to its blast ability.

Let move to the Battle:

I have taken 2 monster of the opponent without losing any one of the monster. Look like I am again dominating my opponent here.

I take down one more monster of opponent but I lost my Lord Arianthus.

I guess, my victory is now confirmed.
