Hello and welcome to Splinterlands Baron’s Bounty event it is a promotional event hosted by Splinterlands to celebrate the Bitcoin halving. It started on April 16th and will last for just under 14 days.
During the event you will have the opportunity to purchase two new limited edition promo cards using DEC tokens or Credits. If players have Vouchers, they can reduce the price almost up to half off.
The two new cards available for purchase are Baron Fyatt and Henchling Enforcer. These cards are dual-element units with the Halving ability and are only available during the event currently. After the event is complete the only way to get these cards will be through a peer-to-peer marketplace like https://peakmonsters.com or https://monstermarket.io/ for crypto back for purchases .
The price for 1 Legendary Baron Fyatt is 31,250 DEC/Credits he is useable with any death or fire summoner, while the price for 1 Rare Henchling Enforcer costs 3,125 DEC/Credits and is useable with life or water summoners. Each credit or Dark Energy Crystal spent is worth 1point with the multiplier also any purchases for every 10000 points is a entry into the event.
When purchasing a card there is a 4% chance of receiving a Gold Foil version. If you buy 25 cards at the same time you are guaranteed to get at least one Gold Foil card. The event also has random and leaderboard rewards with points gained by buying these new promo cards. On the first day there was a 3X multiplier now it is currently at a 2.86X multiplier per bcx purchase. Players possible rewards consist of:
