Each week we'll have a new THEME for the challenge, but always required: BATTLES.

THEME: NO ATTACK!

Note from Carrie: What is this madness?! No Attack?! But how?! Why?!?! This is exactly what I want to know this week. When do you use cards with NO ATTACK? What abilities make up for it? Is it an afterthought cause they are worth little mana? Do you always use a certain no attack card? I'm NOT looking for Furious Chicken posts this time (we all know how useful he is as a meat sack 😉). I'm hoping to see the Creeping Ooze, the Albatross, the Failed Summoner (lol... this guy...), Warrior of Peace, Truth Speaker, Undead Priest, Shadowy Presence, The Cube, Lord A, and any I may have missed. Ya got options this week! Have fun!

• Create a post sharing a video of one of your battles using a NO ATTACK monster.
  • Make it look good. With more folks creating content you REALLY need to make your posts look GREAT. Need help formatting? Check out this ULTIMATE MARKDOWN TUTORIAL
  • Want card images by level to really make your posts shine? Check out this POST from @splinterlands showing you how!
  • Tag splinterlands.
• Tell us about your lineup. Explain why you put each card in that position and why a NO ATTACK monster is a good fit for the ruleset.
• Did your strategy work? What will you try differently next time?
• Do you use NO ATTACK monsters often? Why or why not?
• Share your post to some OTHER Social Media site. Literally ANY site. (We want more people to know the joy of playing!)

I know! I saw it. I shared it from the Splinterlands Twitter! But it seems my curating help is missing... and there are a LOT of posts to get to... and I've already done a lot today... about 3 hours again... plus other things... I do other things...and I have to go to sleep.... and I like to vote them in order... there are now like 10 ahead of you... I shouldn't sleep... I should keep reading, but my eyes! I think I understand how you were feeling when you were writing those words.

sometimes I feel too sleepy while I play splinterlands on my mobile phone and laying down on the bed.
and at that time... sometimes my phone falls down on my chest or on my face cause... well I'm not saying that.

I was super stoked to get these initiatives started to help encourage the community to be awesome and rewarding them at the same time.

But... now it appears I've quickly outgrown what I'm able to do.

I would LOVE for you to start helping me! I gotta figure out a way to share responsibilities without sharing keys. Of course, I KNOW ways to do this... it's simply a matter of approval from the big guys. 😉

In the meantime, it's super likely I'll be stopping both initiatives (The Monday and Saturday Challenges) and just leaving the upvotes to the few the others have time for... until I can better figure out a plan...

My favorite thing is the interaction with you crazy cats. But I should be spending more time editing videos... to bring in new people... and creating tutorials... to KEEP new people...

But yes... I have to replace me with a group of people who can share the responsibilities (without them going nutballs... I ain't gonna lie- it's a lot of volunteer work... ya gotta WANT to do it).

Know that I won't give up on this. I'm trying!

I totally understand. Why not segment the curation by nationalities where each nationality has a rep and delegation who curates and answers to you, curation will be based on rules you create, the entire operation should model you,....I'm just thinking...

I think we are pretty well spread out (time zone wise), but I just needed to make it more clear that people are using these posts as a dropzone for awesome content. ...
And I KNOW it's awesome because I request greatness!!! 🤣

For real though, it's MUCH different 'looking' for content. I love that EVERY POST on here is of high quality... or at least shares a link to Splinterlands. Baby steps. 😉

Thank you so much for noticing my attempts at organization, if only for my own laziness. 🥰

I feel for now we are keeping on keeping on.

I'll see what I can do, this challenge has 'cheek win' written all over it, but that's a dangerous game to play in Champions III, sure to lose a lot of battles if you try to shame your opponent!
