Innovation advances effortlessly when built upon a sturdy base. We, The Splinterns, have devoted countless hours of our summer vacation building/promoting/developing a product that we're proud of and aims towards our common vision of what SplintX could actually be...😋
We were assembled to build a Marketplace for Splinterlands. SplintX 0.1.0 accomplished that goal in Usain Bolt-like speed when you factor in the group's previous combined blockchain knowledge/experience...or lack thereof 🤷♂

We now have proof (that can't ever be manipulated...shoutout blockchain) that 5 random college students from around the world came together, remotely, and built something that just a few months ago was unfathomable.
We're not only here to supplement our resumes or post sentimental achievements on our parent's refrigerator. We've been inundated with Splinterlands, blockchain and other crypto information the last few weeks and as our knowledge and experience grows...so does our appreciation for all of it.
We're super pumped about how far we've come, but even more excited for what's in store #StayTuned

It definitely looks great! Like the clean look of it all and it definitely is super fast. I don't mean this as a criticism, I'm sure it's my own lack of information/understanding, but how is SplintX different from the market in Splinterlands or PeakMonsters? Maybe an About page to help establish what it's for, and the roadmap like @gniksivart mentioned...
We plan on adding a "SplintU" (like Splint University) tab that features how to guides and our PeakD content, so yeah i think our roadmap/about would fit nicely there. Good thought, thanks! @gniksivart

What's the ultimate use case of SplintX though? How will it be different to the normal market in the game?
Our primary focus has been implementing the basic market features you see on SplintX now. Other basic features we have yet to deploy include listing cards for sale, transfer, burn and combine actions.
As far as differentiating goes, we want SplintX to be a Splinterlands hub just as much as it is a market. That means it's a one-stop-shop for all Splinterlands info like: in depth card/player/game/market stats that you can't get anywhere else, how to guides for new players with links to external resources such as hive-engine and then some strategic content for vets. All tied together on a clean, simple interface.
The "ultimate use case" you speak of is our vision of buying and selling in different currencies other than DEC or credits. We'll probably implement the ETH market 1st, with intentions of adding SWAP.HIVE, among other possibilities, down the road.

Yeah, I think this would be awesome to put in a page on the site. It's definitely a good looking site so far... excited to see some of these other features, and definitely excited to buy and sell cards for other crytpo.
Maybe I missed it, but do you guys have a roadmap of whats come or what goals you have for the summer for Splint X?
