Introduction
Hello everyone! Welcome back to my Battle Mage Weekly Challenge post featuring the Up Close and Personal ruleset!
Battle Ruleset
This ruleset allows only the monsters with Melee attack to be used. If monster has more types of attack and Melee is one of them, that monster can be used in the battle. (Example: Quora, Drybone Raider)
Featured battle allowed Fire, Water, Earth, Death and Dragon elements to be played with a total mana cap of 54. The ruleset combination was complete with Lost Legendaries ruleset.
My Team
Possibilus the Wise is my favourite Chaos Legion summoner. It provides my whole team with Trample, Reach and +2 Health. It is especially valuable in Up Close and Personal ruleset since it allows for 1 extra monster to attack in most cases due to the Reach ability.
Diemonshark offers a lot of value for 8 mana. 10 Health and 6 Armor unbuffed by the Summoner is pretty good. While Enraged this frontliner is devastating.
Coastal Sentry is the perfect partner for Possibilus the Wise teams. She rocks Double Strike and Piercing and with Summoner's Reach and Trample is a deadly monster hitting from the safe position behind a frontliner.
Arkmeis the Bear provides additional +2 Armor to my whole team due to the Protect ability. Once my frontliner is knocked out, the Bear will be attacking from the Reach position and reduce opposing teams damage due to the Halving ability.
Flying Squid was added for the Blind ability. It always feels good to rely on RNGJesus!
Deeplurker is a deadly Opportunity attacker with Poison. Trample makes it even scarier to face in the battle.
Pelacor Bandit is a beautiful distraction of opposing Opportunity monsters due to the high speed and Flying ability.
Battle Strategy
My battle strategy was to use as much mana as possible on good Melee monsters. Reach from the summoner will allow Arkemis and Flying Squid to attack once the frontliners are down. Hopefully I'll be able to proc a lot of Tramples and win that way. Blind and Protect will also help me greatly in the battle.

Conclusion
Possibilus vs Possibilus is the manliest battle in the game. It is always fun to see Tramples go on left and right.
This time RNG was on my side! Flying Squid and Blind for the win!
