For a long time, I wanted to have a poster of an NFT that I owned, but never had the right NFT. Now I do.
I minted my three whitelist spots on Tuesday, and the fist one I minted came great.
Finally I had an NFT that I would be proud to hang on my wall.
So I didn't wait long. I got it made tonight ad hung it on my wall before my stream earlier.
The places online to print these are way too expensive. I made the poster on Canva, and used QR code with Splinterlands logo in the middle and it takes you to my NFT on OpenSea.
I bought the frame at Hobby Lobby for $25.
I had the art printed at Walgreens. It wasn't ready when I got there, so I had to wait like 10 minutes. Then they gave me half off. So I got the art for only $13.
Total was $38. Not bad.
To buy one online and ship without frame would have cost about $90 and I would have had to wait two weeks.
I'm not one to wait.
I think it came out great. I'm very happy with my mint.
For the public mint, I might be getting one more, and selling the other two I have.
Who knows... It might not be bad to have another one right beside it. lol
