The SPS stuff has given me a new burst of enthusiasm for playing. Knowing that Champion points will count toward the airdrop, and thinking how easily I could have 1000 more points, if I'd pushed a bit harder each season. Each season is no longer a discrete unit. It has long term ramifications.

Best was Target Practice, which I didn't think I was particularly strong in. I'm liking dumping a jelly cube in second spot behind an explosive melee attacker.
Preferably somebody with aggro like Stonesplitter Orc or Naga Warrior. If the opponent has blast, they'll clip my angry tank, who will hopefully lay waste to their first few cards before dying and slipping jelly cube into the relatively safe first position. There it heals up and scavenges as all of it's teammates are picked off behind it.

I've decided to leave the gold foil tourneys and just focus on Alpha, where I feel like I have a much better chance of placing.
If I have all the cards, then I'm more inclined to autopsy the matches, knowing I was outskilled, instead of being outspent.

No Legendary or EGF in rewards. Still 80 cards is 80 cards, and once they're out of print, they're out.
I picked up 10 max vampires a while ago. Now they're each worth what I paid for all ten. Feels a lot like winning.
Very happy with a 30,000 DEC chest in the season rewards.
Feel like the penny's dropping with gameplay. After 23,000+ matches you'd hope so :)

I see you struggle with win/loss ratio too so I feel better.
I'm too dogmatic about sticking with my quest splinter. No magic, I'll still pick Alric, as it's my water quest, and I don't have any other summoners. In theory, it makes me better long term, but there's a lot of runway behind us, and not much sky below us :)
